User Agreement
This User Agreement governs access to the AITalon websites, product pages, demonstrations, calculators, materials, and service functionality provided by AITALON LLC (TIN 7720964675, PSRN 1267700113482).
Please read this document before using the website or submitting materials. Where a separate written contract, order form, or licence agreement applies, that document prevails over this Agreement for the relevant service.
Scope and acceptance
“AITalon”, “we”, and “the Operator” mean AITALON LLC. “User” means an individual or legal entity accessing the website or using its functionality. “Services” include AIGate, AIPitch, DevScore, consulting offerings, demonstrations, downloadable materials, calculators, request forms, and related web functionality.
By continuing to use the Services, submitting a request, downloading materials, or otherwise interacting with the website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement and have the legal capacity and authority required for such use.
Services and access
Public website content is provided for information and initial evaluation. Product demonstrations, pilots, commercial access, implementation work, support levels, and service parameters may be governed by separate documents agreed with the User.
The Operator may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue individual website functions where this is reasonably required for development, security, maintenance, or compliance. We aim to preserve continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of public web functionality.
Acceptable use
The User must act lawfully and in good faith. In particular, the User must not:
- attempt to bypass access controls, security mechanisms, usage limits, or protective filters;
- interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the website or Services;
- upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape at a disruptive rate, or test security without prior written permission;
- use the Services to violate third-party rights, process unlawfully obtained information, or create prohibited content;
- misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, or the origin of submitted materials.
User materials
The User retains rights to files, prompts, texts, brand assets, reference links, and other materials they lawfully provide. The User grants the Operator a limited right to process such materials only to handle the request, demonstrate or provide the selected Service, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.
The User confirms that they have the necessary rights and lawful grounds to submit the materials, including personal data, confidential information, and third-party content. Materials not required for the task should not be submitted.
AI-generated and analytical results
Important: automated, analytical, and generative results may be incomplete, probabilistic, or require professional review.
The User must verify outputs before operational, commercial, security, personnel, legal, financial, or other material use. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate contract, Service results are decision-support materials and do not replace independent professional judgement.
Personal data and confidentiality
Personal data is handled under the current Personal Data Processing Policy and applicable law. Product-specific security, storage, deployment perimeter, retention, and confidentiality obligations may be defined in a separate contract or technical specification.
The public website must not be treated as a channel for transferring secrets, passwords, production credentials, or information subject to special protection unless the Operator has expressly provided an approved secure channel.
Intellectual property
Rights to the AITalon name, product names, website design, software, interfaces, documentation, texts, graphics, and other Operator materials belong to the Operator or their respective rightsholders. Access to the website does not transfer exclusive rights to the User.
Copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or commercially reusing protected materials is permitted only where authorised by law, an applicable licence, or prior written consent.
Availability and liability
The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the security and accuracy of the website. Public information and preview functionality are provided “as available” and may change as products develop.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful or incorrect use, unverified automated outputs, third-party systems, connectivity failures outside the Operator’s control, or inaccurate materials supplied by the User. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded.
Restriction, termination, and changes
The Operator may restrict access where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity, a security threat, abuse, infringement of rights, or a material breach of this Agreement. The User may stop using the public Services at any time.
We may update this Agreement when legislation, products, or operating practices change. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms, unless applicable law requires another procedure.
Applicable law and contacts
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes by sending a written claim; the response period is 30 calendar days unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Unresolved disputes are referred to the competent court under applicable procedural rules.
